We are so confident that you will love the PEACE OF MIND you get from having Evictly be your property manager that, as long as you give us 30 days notice, you can cancel the agreement at any time with no cancellation fee!

Coordinating Maintenance & Repairs

We coordinate all maintenance and repairs on your property. We NEVER UP-CHARGE for maintenance and repairs, so you pay what we pay. Owners can see the invoices themselves by logging into the Owner Portal, so there is complete transparency.

We offer tenants the ability to call 24 hours a days, 7 days a week if there is an emergency!

    From experience, we have determined several Required Tenant Screening Criteria that must be met for any potential tenant application to be approved. Once a tenant has met the Required Tenant Screening Criteria, they are approved and additionally scored on certain thresholds of several of the factors above, to determine the amount of the security deposit that will be required of the potential tenant.
